Effective date: September 5, 2026
Last updated: September 5, 2026
G11 Security Workforce, Inc. (“G11 Security,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our employees, contractors, applicants, administrators, and other authorized users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information through the G11 Payroll Portal Android application, the G11 Payroll Portal website at https://portal.g11usa.com, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are private business tools intended for authorized G11 Security personnel. Public account registration is not available through the mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Account and personnel information
We may process information such as your name, employee or contractor identification number, email address, telephone number, mailing address, emergency-contact information, job title, role, account status, profile photograph, and authentication information. Passwords are stored using secure password hashing and are not displayed to administrators.
Payroll and payment information
We may process payroll periods, hours worked, work locations, pay rates, gross and net payment amounts, deductions, paystubs, payment dates, transaction references, payment status, payment disputes, and related records. The Services may also process salary-advance or loan requests, approved amounts, disbursement information, recovery schedules, repayment status, and associated communications.
Leave, request, and workflow information
We may process leave dates, leave reasons, replacement-officer selections, approval and rejection decisions, signatures, generated approval documents, application and request status, questions, comments, and private workflow conversations. Relevant workflow information may be visible to the requesting employee, an assigned replacement officer, supervisors, and authorized administrators as necessary to process the request.
Application and uploaded information
Where applicable, employment or contractor application information may include contact and identity information, work-authorization information, Social Security information, background and qualification information, education and employment history, references, signatures, and uploaded supporting documents. Profile photographs and other files are collected only when a user or applicant chooses or is required to upload them for an authorized business purpose.
Device, notification, and technical information
We may process device platform information, mobile or desktop access indicators, push-notification tokens, notification interactions, IP addresses, login timestamps, last-active information, session and security events, application errors, and other technical logs needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services. The mobile application does not request precise or approximate location access for its current payroll and personnel features.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Authenticate users and maintain secure accounts and sessions;
- Provide employee, payroll, paystub, leave, salary-advance, notification, profile, and administrative functions;
- Calculate, document, review, approve, dispute, recover, and report payroll-related transactions;
- Process leave requests, replacement coverage, applications, approvals, and private workflow communications;
- Send operational emails and push notifications about account, payroll, request, and administrative activity;
- Maintain personnel, contractor, tax, payroll, audit, compliance, and business records;
- Protect G11 Security, its personnel, clients, systems, and operations against unauthorized access, fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
- Respond to support, correction, access, and deletion requests; and
- Comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, contracts, and regulatory obligations.
3. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes, including to:
- Authorized G11 Security administrators, supervisors, payroll personnel, and other personnel whose responsibilities require access;
- Assigned replacement officers and request participants, but only for information relevant to the applicable workflow;
- Service providers supporting hosting, data storage, email delivery, push notifications, information security, screening, payroll, professional advice, or technical support;
- Google services used for Android application distribution and Firebase Cloud Messaging;
- Expo services used for application building, updates, and notification delivery;
- Courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, government authorities, advisers, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law; and
- A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or transfer of relevant business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
G11 Security does not sell or rent personal information. The Services do not contain third-party advertising and we do not use employee payroll or personnel information for targeted advertising.
4. Push Notifications and Email
With device permission, the mobile application may send push notifications concerning payroll, paystubs, leave requests, salary advances, questions, decisions, security events, and other account activity. Notification delivery may involve a device-specific push token processed by Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. You may control push-notification permission through your device settings, although disabling notifications may prevent timely receipt of important workplace updates.
We may also send operational email messages to the email address associated with your account. These are service and employment-related communications rather than advertising messages.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill payroll, tax, personnel, contractor, application, dispute, audit, security, legal, and recordkeeping obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of record, employment or contractor status, applicable law, contractual requirements, and legitimate business needs.
Closing, suspending, archiving, or deleting an application account may not immediately delete records that G11 Security must retain for payroll, tax, employment, contractor, audit, dispute, security, or legal purposes. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These safeguards include encrypted HTTPS transmission, access controls, role-based permissions, secure session tokens, password hashing, audit records, and additional protection for certain sensitive fields. No internet, mobile, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your relationship with G11 Security and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information. You may also ask questions about how your information is used. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit a request when retaining or processing information is required or permitted for payroll, tax, employment, contractor, security, dispute, audit, or legal purposes.
You may update certain contact and profile information through the Services where that functionality is available. Changes to an email address may require verification.
8. Account and Data Deletion Requests
Mobile application accounts are created and managed by G11 Security and cannot be created by the public from within the app. To request account deactivation or deletion of eligible associated data, email privacy@g11usa.com with the subject line G11 Payroll Portal Account Deletion Request.
Please include your full name, employee or contractor ID if available, and the email address associated with your account. Do not send your password, Social Security number, payroll documents, or other highly sensitive information by email. G11 Security may request additional information through a secure method to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Approved deletion requests will be completed within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and required payroll, tax, employment, contractor, security, audit, dispute, and legal retention obligations. Information that must be retained will be restricted and deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention requirement ends.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for authorized adult personnel and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly permit children to create mobile application accounts. If you believe a child has provided information through the Services without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This Privacy Policy does not control independent third-party services, except to describe service providers processing information on our behalf where applicable.
11. International Processing
Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where authorized service providers operate. Where required, we use reasonable measures intended to protect information transferred across jurisdictions.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by another appropriate method.
